Life Care Facilities Multi-Option Adjustable Rate Revenue Bonds, Series 1995, Life Care Facilities Multi-Option Adjustable Rate Revenue Bonds, Series 1998 A and B and Life Care Facilities Multi-Option Adjustable Rate Revenue Bonds, Series 2003; and (ii) finance certain additional improvements to the Foster Foundation’s facilities located in Cabell County, including but not limited to the adding of new siding and related improvements to its buildings used by the Foster Foundation in the operation of a continuing care retirement community.
