At a Regular Session of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, held at the Courthouse thereof, on the 5th day of August 2010, the following order was made and entered:

 

IN THE MATTER OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR AN INVITATION FOR SEALED BID

PROPOSALS FOR A LEKTRIEVER FILING SYSTEM FOR THE CABELL

                                                    COUNTY CLERK’S OFFICE                                                      

 

 

The following resolution was offered by:

            RESOLVED:    The County Commission of Cabell County does hereby direct the Clerk of this Commission to immediately publish the following “Advertisement for Bids” as a Class II Legal Advertisement:

 

The Cabell County Commission will accept sealed bid proposals for the following:  A Lektriever Filing System for the Cabell County Clerk’s Office located in Cabell County, West Virginia. 

 

Lump sum bid proposals will be received until 10:00 A.M. local time Thursday, September 2, 2010 at the Cabell County Commission office, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Cabell County Courthouse, Suite 300, 750-5th Avenue, Huntington, WV  25701-2072.  Outside of envelope should be marked “Bid – Lektriever Filing System – Cabell County Clerk’s Office”.  Bids received after stipulated time will not be accepted.

The Cabell County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole or in part, as their interest may require; and to waive any informality in bids received.  Additionally, the Cabell County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject a Bid not accompanied by the required Bidding Documents;  to accept or reject any condition of the Bid by a Bidder that is in any way inconsistent with the terms and conditions of the Bidding Documents;  or to accept or reject a Bid that is in any way incomplete or irregular.  All bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days from the date of opening”.

 

            I hereby certify that the foregoing “Advertisement for Bids” is correct as designated by the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia.
